Teachers Reusing Everything for EducationThe Sharing TREE reusable resource center is a partnership of Leon County Schools, Goodwill, Sustainable Tallahassee and Leon County government. Located on the campus of Lively Technical Center, The Sharing TREE is a permanent “store” where donated new and reusable high-quality classroom supplies and materials are provided to teachers free of charge. Teachers will be assigned specific shopping days according to their school, and shopping calendars will be posted on this Web site. Hours of OperationStarting Monday, January 3, 2011, through Monday, May 30, 2011, here are teachers’ shopping hours for The Sharing TREE: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 to 6 p.m. Every second Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. *Please go to thesharingtreefl.org for our Spring Break hours. Teachers, regardless of their school, may shop on any of the shopping days. LCS teachers are strongly encouraged to limit their shopping visits to once a month, but volunteers are always welcome! * The Tree hosts one "special" or additional shopping day per month.
