GovDeals provides services to various governmental agencies that allow them to sell surplus and confiscated items via the Internet. The Leon County School District utilizes these services to auction items that have been salvaged from their inventory such as vehicles, school buses, furniture, fixtures and equipment. In order to locate the Leon County Schools item(s) that are open for bidding:

1. Enter the website address into your browser:  www.govdeals.com

2. At the main page, click on "Advanced Search".

3. Select the state of Florida from the first drop down tab.

4. Select "Leon County Schools" from the second drop down tab (Note: If the option to select "Leon County Schools" is not displayed in the second drop down box then the District does not have any item(s) currently up for auction).

If you wish to view items that have previously been auctioned, along with the winning bid amount, you may do this by selecting "Closed Items" instead of "Advanced Search" at the govdeals.com homepage.
