• Request for Proposals - Steele Collins Community Charter School Audit Services

• RFP No. 304-2013 - Fuel for District Vehicles - On Site Fueling:  The District is soliciting proposals from local and/or national fuel vendors for the procurement and delivery of fuel at multiple sites throughout the District. Recommendation for award made to Eli Roberts & Sons, Inc.  Board consideration date June 12, 2012. 

• Bid No. 5087-2013 - Remanufactured Allison® Transmissions:  The purpose and intent of this ITB is to secure firm prices and establish a term contract for the purchase and delivery of transmissions as specified on an as needed basis.  Recommendation for award due on or about June 4, 2012.

• RFP No. 303-2013 - Custodial Services for Chiles High School:  The District is soliciting proposals for the purpose of identifying qualified firms and establishing firm pricing for the provision of custodial services at Chiles High School.  Recommendation for award due on or about June 4, 2012.

• Bid No 5090-2013 - Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Diesel Engines:  The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract, at firm unit prices, for the purchase and delivery of estimated requirements of CNG and diesel engines in accordance with these specifications.  Bid Opening May 17, 2012 @ 2:00 p.m. EST

• RFP No.  305-2013 Preventative Maintenance / Repair of Walk-in and Reach-in Coolers and Freezers District Wide:  The District is soliciting proposals for the purpose of identifying qualified vendors to establish a service agreement, at firm unit prices, with one or more licensed refrigeration contractors to perform repairs and maintenance on walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezers as needed district wide. Proposals due May 24, 2012 @ 2:00 p.m. EST.

• Bid No. 5096-2012 - Air Cooled Chiller for Astoria Park Elementary School:  The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to secure a firm price and identify a supplier to furnish a chiller including specified accessories and warranties in accordance with the specifications.  Cancelled - Reference Addendum #1
