RFP No. 307-2014 Fencing Materials
and Installation District Wide - The Board is
soliciting proposals for the purpose of identifying qualified
fencing contractors and establishing firm pricing to provide
materials and labor for the installation of security, chain link
and ornamental fencing and to perform repairs, maintenance and
other minor fencing projects on an as needed basis district
wide. Proposals due June 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.

The
scope of the Project
at Hawks Rise Elementary School includes all labor and materials to furnish
and install the galvanized steel chain-link fence and gate
system, and the aluminum security fence and gate system along
with all necessary components, setting, materials, and
accessories, gate hardware, locks, and latches and all
other work and items shown or indicated on the drawings and as
herein described in the Specifications . Recommendation for award made
to Empire Construction and Fencing, LLC. Board consideration
date May 28, 2013. |

Failure to
file a protest within the time prescribed in section
120.57(3),
Florida Statutes, or failure to post the
bond or other security required by law within the time allowed
for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under
chapter 120, Florida Statutes. |
